What kinds of payment does V Solutions Accept?

Turo accepts only the following payment methods issued in the primary guest’s name: 

  • Most credit cards issued by major financial institutions, including American Express and Discover

  • Non-temporary debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo that are linked to a checking account. (Includes debit cards from online banks, such as Chime, Ally, and others. Doesn’t include re-loadable debit cards such as Cashapp, Simple, Chase Liquid, or EDD) 

  • Revolt card (No other prepaid cards)

  • Apple Pay on mobile devices in all locations 

  • Google Pay on mobile devices in Canada and the US 

How old do I have to be to rent a car from V Solutions?

You must be at least 21 years of age to rent from us. You must not have any severe moving violations and/or DUI cases on your record. If so, there is a possibility your rental agreement and or reservation will be denied. If you are under the age of 25 you may inquire with us for more information.

Can I add another driver?

  • Guests can add up to eight additional drivers. 

  • Additional drivers must pass our verification process to be added to a trip. 

Can I cancel my reservation?

  • You can cancel most trips yourself without contacting Turo.

  • All cancellations are effective immediately.

  • Once you cancel, you’re no longer authorized to receive or drive the car.

Fuel, Tolls, Driving Tickets, Towed Vehicles, Parking Tickets and Red Light Camera Tickets:

Prepaid fuel is an extra that may be added to all rentals

The refueling charge for a rental will the cost to fill the tank to it's pickup fuel + a $10 inconvenience fee.

Tolls: Toll fees will be equal to the amount of the toll bill.

Driving tickets: Each driver is responsible for their own driving citation’s and driving tickets.

Parking tickets and red light cameras: The renter is fully responsible for any parking citations, and red light camera tickets during the rental period.

Towed vehicle: Any towing charges or damages incurred during the rental cycle will be deducted from the deposit and/or billed to the client.

The client can continue the rental after the charges are paid and the vehicle is released.

Can I return my car a day or more early?

We charge the full amount of the rental in advance or on the day of the rental. Once a vehicle is reserved we are not allowed to rent the vehicle during the days of your rental period. If you cancel early you will be given a credit for future rentals in the amount of days left during your rental period.

How many miles do I get?

The standard mileage for Turo rentals is typically 200 miles per day. Unlimited is available for an additional cost.

Can I get a car for just 1 day rental on Friday, Saturday and Sunday?

We have a 2 day minimum on weekends, and yes in the rental industry Friday is considered a weekend because the demand is considerably higher. However, we can offer a non guaranteed 1 day rental on weekends depending on availability.

Do I need insurance to rent a car?

We currently use Turo as our booking platform and insurance options will be available during booking.

Does V Solutions deliver their cars?

We currently offer delivery to the Jackson, MS airport.

What are your operating hours?

Our car rental service operates daily from 7 AM to 10 PM. We are committed to providing you with friendly, efficient service and clean vehicles during these hours. If you have any specific needs outside of our standard operating times, please feel free to reach out, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
